You’ll have the chance to see a wide range of flora and fauna, including rare species of birds and animals.
The trek begins in Pokhara, a beautiful city located at the foot of the Annapurna range. From there, you’ll follow a well-marked trail through the Annapurna Conservation Area, passing through charming villages and small towns along the way. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the local culture and hospitality, and learn about the daily lives of the people who live in the region.
As you make your way up the mountain, the landscape becomes more and more barren, until you reach the basecamp of Annapurna South. From here, you’ll have breathtaking views of the Annapurna range, including the highest peak in the range, Annapurna South. You’ll also have the chance to visit the hot springs at Jhinu Danda, where you can soak your tired muscles and relax.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
